Pricing on request

At Snappy Crew we don't publish a rate card, because a landing page and a custom app are different jobs. After a short brief you get one fixed price for the agreed scope, with a plan and a date, before any work starts. If the scope changes later, you hear what it costs before we do it.

How do you price a project?

We price the agreed scope, not the hours. You tell us what you need through the 7 question form, a 15 minute Snap Call or a 30 minute Idea Jam, and we reply within 24 hours. Then you get one fixed price with a plan and a date, so you know the full cost before you commit to anything.

What affects the cost?

Mostly scope: how many pages, screens or flows, and how custom each one is. Then integrations like payments, a CRM or WhatsApp, who writes the content, how soon you need it, and whether we look after it every month. The table below shows how each of these moves the price.

What moves the price?

6 things decide most of the cost. We walk you through each one in the brief.

FactorWhy it mattersExample
ScopeMore pages, screens or flows take more design and build timeA landing page or a full store
Custom featuresLogins, payments, bookings and dashboards add workA member area with payments
IntegrationsConnecting your CRM, WhatsApp or accounts needs set-up and testingLeads flowing into your CRM
ContentWriting, photos and films can come from you or from usWe write the pages and make the film
TimelineA tight date changes how the work is plannedLaunching next month or next quarter
After launchMaintenance, ads or social are priced as a monthly scopeUpdates and fixes every month

What's included in the price?

Everything in the agreed scope: design, build, checks, launch and the handover of the code, files and logins. Every project also gets a plan and a date up front, and a live link where you can watch progress. Monthly work like maintenance, ads and social is agreed as its own clear scope.

What happens if the scope changes?

You decide, with the numbers in front of you. If you want to add something halfway, we tell you what it costs and how it moves the date before we start on it. Nothing gets added to the bill without your say, and there are no surprise invoices waiting for you at the end.

Can you work with a small budget?

Often, yes. Tell us your budget on the form and we'll say honestly what it covers. If it can't cover everything, we'll suggest a smaller first step that's worth doing well, like one page that brings in enquiries or one automation that gives your team back a few hours a week.

Do you work month to month?

Yes, for work that carries on after launch. Maintenance runs month to month, and so can ads, social media and SEO, each with a clear monthly scope and price agreed up front. You get one short report a month on what we did and what comes next, and the scope can change as you grow.
